ORDER
New Delhi, the 18 December, 1982
S.O. H51(E).~In exercise of powers cotiterred by sections 18-G and, 25 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 165 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further (o amend the Cement Control Order 1967, namely ;—
1. (1) This Order may be called the Cement Control iFoiuth .Amendment)
Ordci, 1982.
(2) It shall come into force with immediate effect.
2. In the Cement Control Order 1967, paragraph 9 shall be re-numbered as sub-paragraph (1) thereof and after sub-paragraph (1) as so re-numbered, the following sub-paragraph shall be inserted, namely :—
"(2) Wfaeic any producer fails to pay the amount within the period speci- fied in sub-paragraph (Y), he shall be liable to pay simple interest on such amount to be calculated lit the wtc of 20 per cent per annum, for the period of default of such payment,"
