New Delhi, the 20th December, 19S2

S.O. 852(E).—In exercise of the poweri conferred by Sub-section (3) of Seciion 24 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1939 (4 of 1939), th" Central Gov- ernment hereby makes the following amendments in th" notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing) No. S.O. 539(E) dated the 22nd September, 1979 namely :—
