ORDER

New Delhi, the 21st December, 1982

S.R.O. 30(E).—Whereas the Central Government, by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Defence No. S.R.O 35(E), dated the 21st December, 1981 had declared that for the administration of the Pune Canton- ment, it was desirable to vary the constitution of the Canton- ment Board, Pune ;

And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that for the administration of the Cantonment, Pune, it is desirable- to extend the term of office of the said Board;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the provide to sub-section (4) of section 14 of the Cantonments Act, 1924 (2 of 1924), the Central Government hereby ex- tends the term of office of the said Board up to and inclusive of 22nd June, 1983 or till a Board is constituted under sec- tion 13 of the said Act, whichever is earlier.

S.R.O. 31(E).—In puisuancc of sub-section (3) of section 14 of the Cantonments Act, 1924 (2 of 1924) read with the noti- fication of the GovernmeDt of India in the Ministry of De- fence No. S.R.O. J0(E), dated the 21st December, 1982, published in the Government of India, Extraordinary Gazette, Part II Section 4 dated the 21st December, 19S2, the Central Government hereby notifies that the following two persons have been nominated by the Officer Commanding the Sta- tion to be the membeis of the Cantonment Board, Pune with effect from 23id December, 1982 :—

(1) Lt. Col. Kailash Chatidra Bali nominated under claust

(b) of sub-section (2) of section 14.

(2) Shri PiakHsh Narayan Kedari son of Shri Narayan- rao Kedari nominated under clause (c) of. sub- section (2) of section 14.
