ORDER

New Delhi the 17th December, 1982

S.O. 855(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 16B of the Tea Act, 1953 (29 of 1953), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. S.O, 683(E), dated the 20th September, 1982, namely :—

In the said Order :—

In paragraph 2, for Serial No. 2, and the entry relating thereto, the

following shall be substituted, namely :—

"2, Manager, Administiation, W.B, Tea Development Corporation,

Calcutta."
