सं. 101/ 82.-राष्ट्रपति ने , सीमाशुल्क , उत्पादन शुल्क , और स्वर्ण (नियत्रण ) अपील अधिकरण के सदस्य श्री फौजा सिह गिल को 22 दिसम्बर , 1982 के दोपहर- पूर्व से तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए उक्त अधिकरण का अध्यक्ष नियुक्त किया है ।
ए . सी चौधरी , उप सचिव सं. 100/82 . राष्ट्रपति ने , दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय के सेवा- निवृत्त न्यायधीश श्री फौजा सिह गिल को 22 दिसम्बर , 1982 से अगला आदेश होने तक सीमाशुल्क , उत्पादन शुल्क और स्वर्ण (नियन्त्रण) अपील अधिकरण के सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त किया है ।
