S.R.O. 32(E)—Whereas the Central Government, by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Defence, No. S.R O. 33-E dated the 21st December. 1981 had declared that for the adrninistration of the Dahu Road Canton- ment it was desirable to vary the constitution of the Canton- ment Board, Dehu Road,
And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that for the admmistiation of the Canton Dehu Road, it is desirable to extend the term of office of the said Board;
Now, therefor, in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-section (4) of section 14 of the Canton- ments Act, 1924 (2 of 1924), the Contral Government hereby extends the term of office of the said Board up to and inclusive of 2-nd June, 1983 or till a Hoard is constituted under section 13 of the said Act, whichever is earlier .

Part II Sec- tion 4, dated the 22nd Decombei, 1982, the Central Govern- ment hereby notifies that the following two persons have been nominated by th0 Officer Commanding Ibo Station to be the members of the Cantonment Boaid, Deliu Road with effect trom 23rd Docembtr 1QK2: —
1, Cdpt. RK. Sinha nominated under clause <.b)
of sub-section (2) of section 14.
2. Sbri P J. Agarwal iionunAtird under clause (c)
of sub-sect) on (2) of section 14.
