MINISTRY OF IRRIGATION

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 22nd November, 1982S.O. 856(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sec- tion 6A of the Inter Site Water Disputes Act, 1956 (33 of 1956), the Central Government hereby frames the following scheme to amend the Narmada Water Scheme, published with, the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Irrigation, No. S.O 770(E), dated the 10th September, 1980, namely :— 1. (1) This scheme may be -called the Narmada Water (Amendment) Scheme, 1982. (1) 1107 GI/82

2. In the Nattnada Wafer Scheme —

(b) for paragraph 17, the following paragraph, shall b"

substituted, namely :—
