S RO 34(E).—Whereas the Central Government by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Defence No S RO 39-E, dated the 28th December, 1982 had declared that for the administration of the Secundarabad Cantonment it was desirable to vary the constitution of the Cantonment Board, Secunderabad;
And whereas, the Central Government is satisfied that for the administration of the Cantonment, Secundarabad, it as desirable to extend the term of office of the said Board
Now, therefore, m exercise of the powers conferred by theprovisionto sub section (4) of section 14 of tile Cantonments Act, l924 (2 of 1924). the Central Government hereby ex- tends the term of office of the said Board up to and inclusive of 29th June, 1983 or till Board is constituated under sec tion 13 of the said Act, whichever is earlier.
