S.O. 866tE)|18A|IDRA[8Jt.—Whereas by the order of the Government of India in the law Ministry of Industrial Development (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 678(E)/18AADRJ\/72, dated the 24th October, 1972 (hereinafter referred to a^ the said Order), the manage- ment of the industrial undeitflking known as Messrs Carter Pooler and • Company Private Limited, Calcutta, was taken over by the Authorised Controller referred to in the said order for a period of five years;
And whereas, by the orders of the Government of India in tie Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 62O(E)|18A|IDRA|77, dated the 19th. August, 1977, No, S.O. 590(E)/18A/IDRA/79. dated the 23rd October, 1979, No. S.O. 855(E) dated the 23rd October, 1980, No. S.O. 3I5(E), dated the 22nd April, 1981, No, S.O 765(F)/18A/IDRA/8I, dated tht 22nd October, 1981, No. SO 279(E)|18A|IDRA[82, datrd the 23rd April, 1982 and No. SO 466(E) /1RA/IDRA/82, dated the 30th June, 1982, the duration of the said Order was extended upto and inclusive of the 31st December, 1D82;
And, whereas the Central Government is of Ihc opinion that it is expedient in the public Interest that the manage- ment of fie s;rd industrial uMertnking by the slid autho- rised controller should continue for further period upto and inclusive of 31st March, 1983;
Now, therefoie, in exercise of the powers conferred by the pioviso to sub-section (2) of Section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period Up- to and inclusive of 31st March, 1983.
