2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA. : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)]lopment No. S.O. 608(E)/18A/IDRA/72, dated the 18th September, 1972 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), the management of the industrial undertaking known as the Indian Rubber Manufacturers Limited, Calcutta, has been taken over for a period upto and inclusive of the 17th Sep- tember, 1977;
And, whereas by the Order of the Government of India No. S.O. 638(E)/18A/IDRA/77, dated the 26th August. 1977 the said Order was extended for a further period upto and inclusive of the 17th September, 1979;
And, whereas by the Orders of the Government of India No. S.O. 520(E)/18A/lDRA/79 dated the 17th September, 1979, No. S,O. 704(E)/18A/IDRA/8I, dated the 17th Sep- tember, 1981, No. S.O. 138(E)/18A/IDRA/82, dated the 17th March, 1982 and No. S.O. 674(E)/18A/H>RA/82, dated the 17th September, 1982, the daratiOD of the "aid Order was further extended for a further period upto and inclusive of the 31st December, 1982;
And, whereas the Central Government i" of the opinion that it is expedient in the public Interest that the wifd Order vhould continue to have efflect for a further period upto and inclusive of 31st March, 1982;
Now, therefore, irt exercise of the powers conferred by tho provision of section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Gov- ernment hereby directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive, of tho 31st March, 1983.
