S.O, 868{L(—In tAeicis,- of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Commission') oi Inquiiy Act, 1952 (60 of 1952), the Central Government here- by makes the following amendment In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs (Department of Peisonnel ,md Admmjs- tiative IWoim<.) No. 375|H|81-AVD.1V[S.O. 488(EJ1, dated the 18th lune, 1981 (relating to the Commiiiiun of Inquiry consisting of Shn S, K. Ray), namely :—

In paragraph 4 of the said notification, for the words, "within n period of "ux months", the words, figures and letters "on or before the 30th day of lune, 1983" shall be substituted.
