And, whereas by the Order of the Government of India jn tho Ministiy of Industry (Department of LndustLial Develop- ment) No. S.O. 572(£)/18AA/lDRA/79. dated the 8th Octo- ber 1979, the duration of the said order was extended upto and inclusive of the 8th October, 1981;

And, whereas by the ordei cf the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) Sm£m ^ ^ / " A A / I D R A / S O. dated the 29th October, ¥&n 1980, tha Central Government authorised Shri K. M Baner- Joe, Deputy General Manager, Bharat Heavy Elcctricals Limi- ted, Calcutta, to take over the management of the said in- dustrial undertaking;

And, whereas by the Order of . the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry ol Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S,O. 738/18AA/1DRA/81, d.itcd the 6th October, 1981, the duration of the said order was further extended upto and inclusive of the 8tti April, 1982;

And, whereas by the Order of the Government of India in tho Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Develop- ment) No. S.O. 263(E)/I8AA/IDRA/82, dated the 8th April, 1982, the duration of the said Ordei was further extended upto and inclusive of the 8th October, 1932;

And, whetcas by the Older of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Develop- ment) No SO. 719(B)/18AA/IDRA/82, dated the 8th Octo- ber, 1982, the duration of the said Order was further ex- tended upto and inclusive of the 8th January, 1983;

And, whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said order should continue to have effect for a further period of three months;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (2) of section 18AA read with proviso to sub-section (2) of section 18A of Ihe industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby directs that the -said Order shf.ll coniinue to hnye meet for a further period upto and inclusive of the 8th April, 1983,
