G.S.R. 20 (E) :-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) ofsection 35 of the Indian Ports Act, 1908 ( 15 of 1908) the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment inthe part of Tuticorin Pilotage and other Services (Fees) Order , 1980 , namely : -
'ORDER
(1) This order may be called the Port of Tuticorin Pilotage and Other Services (Fees ) Amendment Order , 1982 .
(2) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official Gazette.
2. In clause 3 of the said order , for the Schedule , the follow- ing Schedule shall be substituted, namely : -

आवेश
सा० क१० ति० 21 ( म) केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय पत्तन अधि- मियम, 1908 ( 1908 का 15) की धारा 33 की उपधारा ( 2) और ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त अधिनियम की प्रथम अनुसूची-के भांग 2 में , राजपत्र में इस आदेश के प्रकाशन की तारीख से साठ दिन की समाप्ति ते, निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:--
भाग 2 में प्रथम अनुसूची में " पूर्वी समूहू" शीर्षक के नीचे , जिला सिग्नेबेला पत्तन के सामने , स्तम्भ 3 में की प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्न- लिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
"विदेशो जलयान :
( क) नय तूतीकोरिम पत्तन पर आने वाले विदेशी पोतों या स्टीमरों को क्शा में अधिक से अधिक तीन रुपये प्रति टन ।

तटीय जलयान:
(ख) तूतीकोरिन पत्तन पर आने वाले तटीय पोत या स्टीमर की दशा में अधिक से अधिक सीन रुपये प्रति टन ।
( ग ) कर्षन'वीं (टग ) , लांघों, निरीक्षण लांचों श्रादि की दशा में, जिन्हें ऊपर मम्मिलित नहीं किया गया है, अधिक से अधिक तीन रुपये प्रति टन । "

ORDER
G.S.R. 21 (E) :-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (2) and ( 3 ) of section 33 of the Indin Ports Act , 1908 (15 of 1908 ) the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in Part II of the First Schedule to the said Act , with effect from the expiration of sixty days from the date of publication of this order in the Offical Gazette, namely :---
IntheFirst Schedule in Part II , Under the heading "Eastern Group" against the distinct Port I Tinnevelly, in Column (3) , for the entries , the following entries shall be substituted' namely:
"Foreign Vessels :
(a) In the case of foreign ships or steamers calling at the Por ofNew Tuticorin not exceeding three rupees a ton.
Coasting Vessels :
(b) In the case of coasting ship or steamer calling at the Port of Tuticorin not exceeding threo rupees a ton.
(c) Tugs , Launches , Inspection Launches , etc. , not included above, not exceeding three rupees a ton . "

अधिसूचना
सा० कॉ० मि० 22( अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारतीय पत्तन अधिनियम, 1968 (1908 फा 15) की धारा 34 के साथ पठित धारा 33 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत सरकार के नौषहम भौर परिवहन मंत्रालय ( पत्तन पक्ष) की अधिसूचमा साञ्का ० नि० सं० 1168 तारीख 8 नवम्बर , 1980 में, इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से साठ दिन की समाप्ति से, निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्: -
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में-
(क ) शीर्ष "जोन-कं" के नीचे , मद 1 और 2 तथा उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित मदें और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, भर्थात्: म (1) (2) (3)

(ख) "जोन-ख" शीर्षक के नीचे, मंत्र 3 और 4 तथा संबंधिन प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित मर्वे और प्रविष्टियां रखो जाएंगी, श्रर्थात्

NOTIFICATION
G.S.R. 22 (E ) :- In exercise of the powers conferrod by sub- section ( 1 ) of the section 33 , road with 34 of the Indian Ports Act,1908 ( 15 of1908) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Ports Wing) G.S.R. No. 1168 , dated 8th November , 1980 , with effect from the day following the expiration of sixty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette :-
In the Schedule to the said notification ,-
(1) Under the heading "Zone A " , for items I & II and the entries relating thereto , the following items and entries shall be substituted , namely :~

1.20 The due is payable once in sixty days , provided that the payment of the due once made shall be valid only for three entries into the port (including the entry on which the payment was made) during the said period of sixty days . "
(b) Uuder the heading " Zone -B " , for items III & IV and the entries relating thereto, the following items and entrics shall be substituted , namely :-

0.61 The due is payable on 1.80 each entry into the port.
IV. Coasting Vessels (i) Ships
0.18 The payment of the dues atthe port will exempt the ship for a period of sixty days from liability to pay the dues again.
