G. S- H. 13 (E).—In exercise of the powers con/erred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (3 8 of 1963), the Central Goverrment hereby appoints the following persons as the Trustees of the first Buard of Trustees for the Nhava Sheva Port Trust:—
(1) The Financial Adviser, Ministry of Shipping andTran^poit. , . .Trustee
(2) The Joint Secretary (ForeignTrade),
Dcpartnwnt of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Trustee
and for that purpose amends the Government Notification, Ministry of Shipping mi Transport (Ports Wing) No. G. S. R. 437 (E), dated the 31st May, 1982, as follows namely ;
