SO. 10(E).—In exercise of the powcis confci.-ed by subsection (2) of iczuon 1 jf the Internitional Monetary Fund and Bank (Amendment), 1982 (67 of 1982), the Central Government hereby appoints the 15th day of Januaiy, 1983 as the date on which the said Act stull come into force.
