सा० ता० मि० 24 (अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , भा० व ०से० ( संवर्ग ) नियम, 1966 के नियम 4 के साथ पठित २० भा० से ० अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , सित्रिक्रम सरकार के परामर्श से भा०व ०से ० (संवर्ग में पद संख्या का नियतन ) विनियम , 1966 में भौर आगे संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1) इन विनियमो का नाम भारतीय वन सेवा ( संवर्ग में पद संख्या का नियतन ) संशोधन विनियम , 1982 है ।
( 2) में सरकार राजपक्ष में प्रकाशभ की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. भा०व ०से ० ( संभर्ग में पव संख्या का नियतम) विनियम , 1966 की अनुसूची में "सिविक्रम " शीर्षक और उसके नीचे भाने वाला प्रপ্তি ष्टियों के स्थान पर मिम्नलिखित रखा आएगा:

के टिप्पणा मुख्य विभियम विनांक 31-10-1966 को अधिपूचना संख्या 6/1/66-२०भा०से० ( iv) द्वारा भारत दिनांक 31-10-1966 के असाधारण राजपत्र में मा ०का० नि ० सं० 1672 के रूप में प्रकाशित हुए थे । किन्तु मा० व ०से ० का सिक्किम संवर्ग दिनांक 16-6-1976 की अधिसूचना सं० 16016/16/ 75-म ० भा०० ( iv ) -ज द्वारा गठित किया गया था । उक्त सेवा के सिक्किम संवर्ग की पव संख्या दिनांक 26-2-1977 र्क। अधिसूचना संख्या 16016/29/ 75-म०पा०से ० ( iv ) द्वारा संशोधित की गई थी ।

Now Delhi , the 12th January , 1983
G.S.R. 24 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1 ) of section 3 of the All Indie Services Act , 1951 , (61 of 1951) , read with rule 4 of the Indian Forest Service ( Cadre) Rules , 1966 , the Central Government , in consultation with the Government of Sikkim, hereby makes the following reguladons further to amend the Indian Forest Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations 1966 , namely :
1. (1) These regulations may be called the Indian Forest Serve (Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Amendment Regulation, 1982.
(2) They shall come into force on the due of then publication in the official Gazette .
2. In the Schedule to the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Regulations , 1966, for ile Leading ' Sıkkim and the entries occuring thereunder , the following shall be substituted, namely :

NOTE
The Principal Regulations were notified vide Notification No. 6/1/ 66-AIS ( IV) dated 31-10-1966 published in the Gazette of India extraordinary dated 31-10-1966 , as GSR No. 1672 . The Sikkim Cadre of the Indian Forest Service was , however, constituted vide Notification No. 16016/ 16/75 - AIS (IV) B dated the 16th June , 1976. The Cadre strength of Sikkim Cadre of the Service was amended vide Notification No. 16016/29/75- AIS( IV) dated 26-2-1977.

सा०का ०मि० 25 (अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार भा० १० से ० (वेतन)
नियम 1968 के नियम 11 के साथ पठित, श्र० भा ० से० अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 को 61 ) को धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदस माक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, सिक्किग सरकार के परामर्श से, भा० व ० से० (वेतन) नियम, 1968 में भौर भागे संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती हैं , धर्थात-
1. ( 1) इन नियमों का नाम मा० व ०से० ( वेतन) संशोधन नियम, 1982है।
होंगे । (2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशम की तारीख को प्रवृत्त
2. भा०व ०से० ( वेतन ) नियम, 1968 में :
( क ) अनुसूची 111 क में राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भा ०६०से० के वेतनमान के ऊपर के वेतन वाले पद, तालिका के प्रथम कालम में शाने बाली प्रविष्ठि " सिक्किम" और द्वितीय तथा तृतीय कालयों में वत्सम्बन्धी प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्न- लिखित रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्
"सिक्किम
2500-125/2-2750 मुख्य वनपाल
2250/125/ 2-2500 अपर मुख्य वनपाल
1800-100-2000 बनपाल
1800-100-2000 वनपाल, भूमि संरक्षण
1800-100-2000 " वनपाल, कार्य योजन।
(ख) अनुसूची III ख मे, राज्य सरकारो के अधीन भा०व ० मे ० के अतिरिक्त विशेष वेतन व.ले पद शामिल हैं , प्रथम कालम में भाने वाली "सिक्किम" प्रविष्टि श्रोर दूसरे कालभ मे के वरिष्ठ समय वेतनमान के वेतन में जिसमें समय वेतनमान 3

टिप्पणी-मुख्य नियम दिनांक 2-3-68 की अधिसूचना संख्या 2/11/65- ५०मा०से० ( iv) द्वारा दिनाक 2-3-68 सा० पा ०नि ०सं ० 682 द्वारा और भा०६० से० के सिक्किम संवर्ग की बेतन अनुसूची दिनांक 16-6-75 की अधिसूचना सं० 16016/16/ 75-५०मा से०-( iv) द्वारा अधिसूचित किए गए थे।

G.S.R. 1. ( 1 ) These Rules may be called the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Amendment Rules, 1983.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette .
2 In de fadian Forest Service ( Pay) Rules , 1968-
( a) fu Schedule III A posts carrying pay above the time scale pay in the Indian Forest Service under the State Governments in the Table for the entry ' Sikkim ' oc- curing in the first column and the corresponding entries in the second and third columns , the following shall be substituted namely :-

(b) In schedule III B posts carrying pay in the senior time scale of the Indian Forest Service under the State Govern- ments including posts carrying special pays in addition to pay in the time scale, for the entry 'Sikkim' occuring in the first column and the corresponding entries in the second column , the following shall be substituted, namely :-

NOTE
The principal Rules were notified vide Notification No. 2/11 /65 - AIS ( IV) datod 2-3-1968 as GSR No. 482 dated 2-3-1968 and the Pay Schedule for Sikkun Cadre of the Indian Forest Service was notified vide Notification No. 16016/ 16/75 -ALS (IV)-C dated the 16-6 1975.
