S.O. 12(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (0 of

"ection 4 of the Gold (Control) Aqt, 19(18 (45 of 1968), the Central Govern- ment hereby appoints Shrl M. V. N. Rao, Additional S-cretary to the Gov- ernment of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), as Ai- vinMtrator, vice Shri A. K. Bandyopadiiysy.

2. This notifkation shall be deemed to hare come into force on 7th January,

1913.
