G.S.K. 26(E>.~-ln exercise of the poweis conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule J3 ol' the Cential 1-xcisc Rules 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Depaitment of Revenue) No. 150/81-CE, dated the 29th July, 1981, namely :—

* In the said notification, in the Explanation, the following .ihall be added at

the end, namely :—

"and includes Indian Rupees bought by the Asian Development Bank

by payment to the Reserve Bank of India in foreign exchange".
