का० आओ० 14(अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि लोकहित मे ऐसा पारमा भावश्यक और गवीचीन है ।
अतः, अब केद्रीय सरकार, एकाधिकार तथा प्रवरोधक व्यापारिक व्यवहार नियम, 1970 के नियन 5 के उपनियम ( 5 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त मक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , इम प्रादेश से उपावद्ध प्ररूप को ऐने प्ररूप के रूप में विनिविष्ट करती है जिसमें इस प्रादेश से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची मे विभिदिष्ट अस्तुओं के उत्पादन में लगे उपक्रमों की बावत क्षमता का पुन . पुष्ठांकन मारने के लिए प्रस्थापनाओ के संबंत्र में , एकाधिकार तथा भवरोधक व्यापारिक व्यवहार श्रधिनियम , 1969 ( 1969 का 54) की धारा 21 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के अधीन सूचना दी जाएगी ।

होंगे और वे चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट के प्रमाणपत्र द्वारा भी समर्थित्त होने चाहिए ।
10 क्या उपरोक्त पांच वर्ष में से किसी वर्ष मे उत्पादन धन उसका एक बटा तीन, अनुज्ञप्त क्षमता + 25 % में अधिक है । यदि हां तो अतशप्ण क्षमता + 25 % से अधिक उत्पादन की मात्रा 1 और वह वर्ष जिम में ऐसा उच्चतर उत्पादन प्राप्त किया श्रा, उपदर्शित करे ।
11. क्षमता को पुनः पृष्ठाफन की मात्रा जो तारीख 21 अप्रैल , 1962 के प्रेम नोट के निबन्धनो के अनुमार उप्सित हैं ।
12. कोई अन्य जानकारी , जो तारीख 21 अप्रैल, 1982 के प्रेस नोट के अनसार पुनः पुण्ठांकन के लिए सुसंगत और महायक हो।

S.O. 14(E) .Whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary and expedient so to do in the public interest ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rme (5) of rule 5 of the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Rules , 1970, the Central Government hereby specifies the Form annexed to this Order as the Form in which Notice under sub-section ( 1 ) of section 21 of the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Act, 1969 (54 of 1969) , shall be given in regard to the proposals for re- endorsement of capacity in respect of the undertakings en- gaged in the production of articles as specified in the Sche- dule to this Order.
