S.O. 18(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Explanation to iub- section (4) of section 10 of the Company Secretaries Act, 1980 (56 of 1980), the Central Government hereby notifies 30th December, 1982 (from 2.30 P.M., as the date for purposes of the said Explanation.
