S.O. 20(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Au, 1951 (65 of 1951), and in the partial modification of the Order of Government of India, in the Ministry of Industry,, Department of Industrial Development No. S.O. 775(E)/18AA/IDRA/8O, dated the 12th September, 1980 (as modi- fied by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry, Department of Industrial Development No. S,O. 542(E), dated 31st July, 1982) the Central Government hcieby authorises Shri S. S. Uppal, Joint Director of Industries, Government of Madhya Pradesh, to take-over the management of Messrs Jaora Sugar Mills Limited, laoia, District Ratlam.
