फा० नि०मा० 7 ( ई) केन्द्री सरक र ने भारत सरकार , रक्षा मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्श का०नि०ग्रा० ८-१० , तारीख जनवरी , 1982 द्वारा यह घोषणा की थी कि आगरा छावनी के प्रशासन के लिये छावनी बोर्ड प्रागरा के संविधान को परिवर्तित करना बांछनीय है ,
भौर केन्द्रीय सरकार का समाधान हो गया है कि आगरा छावनी के प्रशासन के लिये उक्त बोर्ड के कार्यकाल को बढ़ाना यांछनीय है ;
अतः अब केन्द्रीय सरकार, छावनी अधिनियम, 1924 ( 1924 का 2) की धारा 14 की उप धारा ( 4 ) के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्स शक्तिया का प्रयोग फरते हुए उक्त बोर्ड के कार्यकाल को 20 जुलाई, 1983 तक, जिसमें वह बिन भी सम्मिलित हैं , अथवा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 13 के अम्तर्गत बोर्ड के गठन तक के लिये, इनमें से जो भी पहले हो , बढ़ाती है ।

MINISTRY OF DEFENCE Now Delhi , the 18th January , 1983
S.R.O. 7(E) . Whereas the Central Government by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Defence No. S.R.O. 5-E dated the 22nd January , 1982 had declared that for the administration of the Agra Canton- ment, it was desirable to vary the constitution of the Canton- ment Board , Agra;
And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that for the administration of the Cantonment Agra , it is desirable to extend the term of office of the said Board;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-section (4 ) of section 14 of the Canton- ments Act , 1924 (2 of 1924 ) , the Central Government hereby extends the term of office of the said Board up to and inclusive of 20th July , 1983 or till a Board is constituted under section 13 of the said Act , whichever is earlier .

No. 29 /38 /C| L &C | 77 | 119 - CD ( Q &C) ] फा०नि०० ४ ( ई ) . छावनी अधिनियम, 1924 ( 1924 का 2) को धाग 14 की उपधारा ( 3 ) के अनुसरण में , जिसे भारत सरकार के रक्षा मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना मख्या का० नि ०आ० 7-ई, विनांक 18 जनवरी, 1983 के साथ जो कि भारत सरकार के असाधारण राजपक्ष दिनांक 19 जनवरी , 1983 के भाग-2 , खण्ड-4 में प्रकाशित हुष्पा था, पढ़ा जाये, केन्द्रीय सरकार , एतद्वारा अधिसूचित करती है कि निम्नलिखित दो व्यक्तियों को स्टेशन के माफिसर कमांडिंग स्टेसन द्वार। छावनी बोर्ड, भागरा के एक सदस्य के रूप में 21 जनवरी , 1983 से मनोनीत किया है
1 से ० कर्मल बी ० एस ० मेहरा धारा 14 की अपघार। ( 2 ) के साण्ड (ख) के अन्तर्गत नामांकित
2. श्री ओमे प्रकाश
--धारा 14 की उपधारा ( 2 ) के
सुपुत्र श्री लाला वशेश्वर नाथ खण्ड ( ग ) के अन्तर्गत नामांकित ।

S.R.O. 8(E )-In pursuance of sub -section (3 ) of section 14 of the Cantonments Act, 1924 ( 2 of 1924) read with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Defence No. S.R.O. 7-E dated the 18th January, 1983 , published in the Government of India , Extraordinary Gazette, Part II Section 4 dated the 19th January 1983 , the Central Government hereby notifles that the following two persons have been nominated by the Officer Commanding the Station to be the members of the Cantonment Board , Agra with effect from 21st January , 1983 :---
1. Lt. Col. B.S. Mehra . Nominated under clause ( b ) of sub -section ( 2) of section 14.
2. Shri Om Prakash son of Late Lala Washeshwar Nath- Nominated under clause ( c ) of sub - section 2 of Section 4.
