G.E.R. 32(E).—In exertise of the powers confeired by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (.52 of 1962), the Central Government, be- ing satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest t>o to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue and Banking No. 431- Customs, dated the 1st November, 1976, namely:—
In the Table annexed to the said notification against Seiial No. 3 relating lo Coconut (copra) oil, refined, in column 4, for the entry "40 per cent uc' valoram", the entry "105 per cent ad valorem1' shall be substituted.
