7 PER CENT CAPITAL INVESTMENT BONDS
No. F. 4 (D-W&M/82.—In the Notification of the Govern- ment of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Economic Affairs) No. F. 4. (0-W&M/82 dated the 11th June. 1982. relating to issue of 7% Capital Investment Bonds, the following amendments are made :—
(i) Paragraph 2 shall be substituted by the following para-
graph, namely—
"2—Eligibility for Investment: The bonds may beheld b y-
(1) an individual—
(a) in his or her name or on behalf of a minor, or
(b) jointly with another individual;
or
(2) a Hindu Undivided Family."
(ii) In paragraph 10, in item (2), offices of the Reserve Bank of India at 'Gauhati' and 'Trivandrum' shall bo added.
(iii) For the convenience, of subscribers desiring io ha\c more than one bond against an application, the form of appli- cation specified in Anncxure 3 shall be amcnded as under :
(a) In paragraph 1 of item I, for tbe words 'a bond'
the following shall be substituted :—
"bonds ia denominations as indicated in item VT"
(b) Aftor item III, thc following shall bc inserted as
itemlllA, namely—
"IIIA. Dated "
(c) After item IV, the following shall bc inserted as
iteruIVA.namely :—
"IVA. Dated "
(d) After item V, ttto following shall be Inserted as
itemVI.namcly—
