S.O. 30(E).—In pursuance of the powers conferred by sub-

section (.1) of section 4 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, J976 (21 of 1975), the Central Government after consultation with the Reserve Bank of India and Central Bank of India by which Chhindwara-Seoni Kshetriya Gramin Bank has been sponsored, specifies Chhindwara as the place where Chhindwara-Seoni Kshetriya Gramin Bank shall have its head office.

NOTIFICATIONS

New Delhi, the 18th January, 1983S.O. 29(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 3 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government on being reques- ted so to do by Central Hark of India, establishes with effect from the 20th January 1983 a Regional Rural Bank in the State of Madhya Pradesh under the name of Chhind- wara-Seoni Kshetriya Gramin Bank which shall operate within the local limits of the districts of Chhindwara and 1225 GI/82 (1)

SO 31(E).—In puisuanco of sub-clause (m) of clause (a) of sub-section (6) of section 42 ol the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934), the Cental Government hereby notifies, for the purpose of the said sub-clause, Chhindwiiia- Seoni Kshctnya Gnimin Bink, Chhlndwara being an institu- tion established under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Regional Ruial Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976).

S.O, 3. (E).—In pursuance at cluute (a) of nub-section (6) of section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934) the Reserve Bank of India hereby directs the inclusion in the Second Schedule to the said Act of the following bank, namely :—

"Chhlndwara-Sconi Kshetnya Gramln Bank, Chhind- S.O. 32(E).—In exercise of the powers confencd by sub- section (1) of section 11 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government hereby appoints Shrl SM. Kondapurkar as Chairman of the Chhindwara- Seoni Kahetrlya Grarnin Bank, Chhindwara and specifies the period commencing on the 20-1-1983 and ending with the 19-1-1986 as the period for which the said Shn S. M. Kondapurkar shall hold office as such Chairman
