NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 20th January, 1983
S.O. 34(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 16-of Jhe Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act; 1952 (19 of 1952), the Central Government hereby exempts all departmental undertakings under the Central Government whose employees are in receipt of provident fund and pension benefits as admissible under the Government rules as a class, from the opera- tion of the provisions of the said Act for a period of three years with immediate effect.
