Now, therefore, in pursuance of the provisions of Sub--sec- tion (1) of Section 147 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, the Election Commission hereby calls upon the elected members of the legislative Assembly of the Stare of Tamil Nadu to elect, in accordance with the provision's of the said Act and of the rules and orders made thereunder, person to fill the vacancy so caused before 11th February
1983.
