S.O. 36(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 1 of section 36 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1939 as amen- ded by Clause (a) of Section 7 of the Motor Vehicles (Amend- ment) Act, 1982, the Central Government hereby specifies in relation to the make and model of the Transport Vehicle men- tioned in Col. 1 of the Schedule appended hereto, the maximum safe laden weight and dimensions of the vehicle mentioned against it in columns 2 & 3 of the schedule: 1240 GI/82 (1)
