New Delhi, the 24th January, 1983

S.O. 40(E).-In exercise of the powers COnferred by sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Minimum wages Act, 1948 (ACT NO 11 of 1948) the Central Government hereby makes the undermentioned corrections in the schedule to the english version of the notification of the Central Govt in the Ministry of Labour No. S.O. 641(E) dated the 2nd September, 1982 published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary Part II, Section 3. Sub-section (ii) dated the 2nd September 1982, namely — 1244 GI 82 (1)
