New Delhi, ihn : ~'h January, 1983
S.O. 46(E).—In c\eir;se of the [-owns conferred by siib-s"ction (1) of section 16B of ths ^a Act, 1953 (29 of 1953) the Centinl Government hereby maVes the following amendments in th* ordti of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No., S.O 780(E) dated the 2nd November, 1982 namely:—
1. In the said order, in the second paragraph,—
(t) for entries against serial No. (3), the following entries shall be substi-
tuted namely:—
"(3) Secretary to the Government of Assam, Tndustriw> Department,
Dispur or his nominee;"
(ii) for entries aeninst serial No. <5), the following entries shall be substi-
tuted namely:—
"(5) The Regloofil Director, Coftipany Law Board, Calcutta or his
nominee."
2. In the third p.-irajM aph for the figures and word "90 (lavs," the figures end
word "180 days,", shall lw substituted.
