S.O, 50{E).—In pursuance of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government after con- sultation with the Reserve Bank of India and United Com- mercial Bank by which Thar Aanchalik Gramin Bank has been sponsored specifies Jodhpur as the place where Thar Aanchalik Gramin Bank shall have its head office.

"f> S^El/RPCD No 250/INCL/311-83.—In puisuance of Sc £Se a ) ? S - s e c t i on (6 of section 42 of the Reserve BaiA Of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934) the Reserve Bank of India hereby directs the inclusion m the Second Schedule to the said Act of the following bank, namely :—
SO 52(E)—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 11 of the Reg.onal Ruial Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri K C Pahwal as Chairman of the Thar Aanchaiik Gramin Bank, Jodhpur and specifies the period commencing on 31-1-1983 rnd ending with the 31-1-1986 as the penod for which the said Shn K. C. Paliwal shall hold office as such Chan man.
