का . आ . 59 (अ ) मुरक्षा बल अधिनियम , 1988 ( 1963 का 47 ) की धारा 2 की उप-धारा (1) के खण्ड (क) क उपबन्धा में अनुसरण में केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा घोषित करती है कि उपयुक्त खण्ड (क) में उल्लिखित प्रत्येक व्यक्ति की ड्यटी जो 3-2-83 से 2-8-83 तक छ मास के लिए मत्रालय में मेवारत होगा वह सक्रिय ड्यूटी होगी ।
