का ० आ ० 80 (अ ) / 18 -फक/आई डी आर ए/ 83 -भाग्न सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय (श्रौद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) के आदेश म ० का०चा० 18 (घ ) / 18 -वक/ भाई डी ग्रार ए/ 79 , तारीख 6 जनवरी, 1979 द्वारा (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त आदेश कहा गया है । श्रान्ध्र प्रदेश राज्य के श्रीकाकुलम जिले के सीतानगरम् में जीनी का विनिर्माण करने वाली मैसर्म श्रीराम शगर्स एण्ड इण्डस्ट्रीज लिमिटेड के एकक का ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त औद्योगिक उपक्रम कहा गया है ) प्रबध उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18 - फक की उप-धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ख) के अधीन 5 जनवरी , 1982 तक जिममें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है, तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए ग्रहण किया गया था और निजाम शुगर फैक्ट्री लिमिटेड का उक्त श्रौद्योगिक उपत्रम का प्रबन्ध ग्रहण करने के लिए प्राधिकृत किया गया था ;
और भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय ( औद्योगिक विकाम विभाग ) के आवेश सं ० का ० भा० 7( अ) / 18/ कक/ आई डी आर 7/82, तारीख 5 जनवरी. 1982 और काव्या० 551 ( अ)/ 18 - कक/भाई ० डी० आर ० ए/ 82 तारीख 2 अगस्त, 1982 द्वारा उक्त आदेश, 3 फरवरी , 1983 तक की अवधि के लिए जिममें यह तारीख भी मम्मिलित है जारी रखा गया था ;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार की राय है कि लोकहित में यह समीचीन है कि उक्स औद्योगिक उपज.म. निजाम शगर फैक्ट्री लिमिटेड के प्रवस्ध के अधीन 3 अगस्त, 1983 तक की यौन अवधि के लिए जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है . बना रहना चाहिए
अतः, केन्द्रीय सरकार उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधि निश्म, 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18- कक की उप-धाग ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त णक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह निर्देश देती है कि उक्त आदेश 3 अगस्त, 1983 नक, जिसमें वह नारीख भी मम्मिलित है, छह मास की और अवधि के लिए प्रभावी बना रहेगा ।

S.O. 80 (E) 18AA IDRA 83 .--Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Develop- ment) No. S.O. 18 ( E) 16AAIDRA 79 , dated the 6th January , 1979 ( hereinafter referred to as the said Order ) , the management of the unit of Messrs Sri Rama Sugars and Industries Limited manufacturing sugar at Seethanagaram in Dist-

rict Srikakulam in the State of Andhra Pradesh (hereinafter referred to as the said industrial undertaking ) was taken over under clause (b) of sub- section ( 1 ) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 (65 of 1951 ) , for a period of 3 years upto and inclusive of5th January, 1982 , and the Nizam Sugar Fac- tory Limited was authorised to take over the management of the said Industrial Undertaking;
And whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development , No. S.O. 7 ( E) 18AA IDRA 82 , dated the 5th January, 1982 and No. S.O. 551 ( E) 18AA IDRA 82 dated the August, 1982 the said Order was continued for a period upto and inclusive of 3rd February , 1983 , 2nd
And whereas the Central Government is of opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said Industrial Undertaking should con- tinue under the management of the Nizam Sugar Factory Limited for a further period of six months upto and inclusive of the 3rd August, 1983 :
Now , therefore , in exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub - section ( 2 ) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulations) Act, 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government here- by directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period of six months upto and inclusive of the 3rd August ) , 1983 .

का०आ० 81 (म )/ 18 -वख/ आई डी आर ए/ 83: फन्द्रीय सरकार ने भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय ( भौद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) के आदेश सं० गा०श्रा० 902 ( अ)/ 18-/ चख/ पाई ०डी ०आर००ए०/ ५० नारीण 21 नवम्बर, 1980 ( जिसे इसमे इयके पन्नात् उक्त आदेश कड़ा गया है) द्वारा केन्द्रीय सरकार ने उद्योग ( विक और विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 65) की धारा 18 -चख की उर-धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ख) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा की थी कि उक्त प्रादेश के जारी किए जानें की तारीख से ठीषा पूर्व प्रवृत्त ऐमी सभी सविवाओं , सम्पत्ति के हस्तान्तरण-पत्रो , फरारो, व्यवस्थापनो, पं'चाटौं, स्थायी आदेशों या अन्य लिखतो का ( उनपे भिन्न जो 6 जनवरी, 1974 के पश्चात् किए गए हैं , हुए है या प्रवृत होते हैं ) जिनका आन्ध्र प्रदेश राज्य के श्रीकाकुलम जिले के मीतानगरम में चीनी के विनिर्माण में लगे मैसर्स श्रीराम शुगर मिल्स लिमिटेड , का एकक या उस एकस फा स्वा मित्व रखने वाली कम्पनी, एक पक्षकार है या जो उक्त एकक या कम्पनी को लागू हो , प्रवर्तन एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए निलम्बित रहेगा और उक्त भादेश के जारी किए जाने की तारीख से पूर्व उसके ओभून या उद्भूत होने वाले सभी अधिकार, विशेषाधिकार, बाध्यताएं और दायित्व उक्त प्रवधि के लिए निलम्बित रहेंगे
और उन्न प्रादेश की अवधि, भारत सरकार के उद्याग मंत्रा नय (भौद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) के क्रमशः आवेश मं० का०ग्रा० 820 ( अ) तारीख 20 नवम्बर , 1981 , का ०ग्रा ० ৪ ( प्र) गरी जारी, 1982

श्रीर का०श्रा० 552 ( अ) तारीख 2 धगस्त, 1982 द्वारा 3 फरवरा , 1983 सत की, जिसने तारीख भा गम्मिलित ओर अत्रधि के लिए बढ़ा दी गई था ,
और केन्द्रीय मरणार का यह समाधान हा गया है कि उक्त श्रादेश की अर्वाध सभी मामला की बावन ( उनसे भिन्न जो बैंको और वित्तीप संस्थाओं के प्रति प्रतिभुत वायित्वों से संबन्धित है ) 3 अगस्त, 1933 तक, जिममें यह नारीख 'भी सम्मिलित है, और बढ़ा दी जानी चाहिए ;
अतः, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम 1951 ( 1951 有 (65 ) की धारा 18- अब की उप-धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रश्न्त शक्तियों का प्रयान करते हुए, उवन श्रादेश को मवधि सभी मामलो की वायन ( उनसे भिश्न जो बैंकों श्री विनीय मस्थाओं के प्रति प्रतिभृत दायित्वो मे सबन्धित है) 3 अगस्त, 1983 ता , जिसमे यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है, और बहाती है ।

ORDER
5.O. 81 (E ) 18FB IDRA 83 .---Whereas by the Order of the Government of Ladia in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Develop- ment) , No. S.O. 902( E) 18FB IDRA 80, dated the 21stNovember , 1980 ( hereinafter referred to as the said Order) , the Central Government in exer- cise of the powers conferred by clause (b ) of sub- section ( 1 ) of section 13FB of the Industries (De- velopment and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , declared that the operation of all contracts , assu- rances of property , agreements , settlements awards , standing orders or other instruments in force im- mediately before the date of issue of the said Order ( other than those which have been entered into arrived at or come into force after the 6th January, 1979) to which the unit of Messrs Sri Rama Sugars and Industries Limited , manufac- turing sugar at Seethanagarain in the District of Srikakulam in the State of Andhra Pradesh or the company owning the said unit is a party or which may be applicable to the said unit or companv shall remain suspended for a period of one ycar and all rights , privileges , obligations an dliabili- ties accruing or arising thereunder before the date of issue of the said order shall remain suspended for the said period;
And, whereas the duration of the said Order was extended for a further period upto and in- clusive of 3rd February , 1983by the Orders of the Government of India in the Ministry of In- dustry (Department of Industrial Development ; Nos . S.O. 820 ( E) , dated the 20th November , 1981 . S.O. 8 (E ) , dated the 5th January, 1982 and S.O. 552 (E) , dated the 2nd August , 1982 res- pectively:
And, whereas , the Central Government is satis- thed that the duration of the said Order should be extended for a further period upto and inclusive of 3rd August , 1983 , in respect of all inatters 3
