तारीश्त्र 4 अगस्त 1981 और फा ०मा० 550 ( W) / 18 चव/माई ० डी ० आर ० ए ०/ 82 तारीख 2 अगस्त, 1982 द्वारा उक्त आदेश की अवधि सभी मामलों की बा यस ( उनसे भित्र जो बैंकों और वित्तीय संस्थानों के प्रति प्रतिभून दायित्व मे संबंधित हैं ) 3 फरवरी , 1983 तक जिसमें यह नारीख भी सम्मिलित जारी रखी गई थी
और केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो गया है कि उक्त भादेश की अवधि सभी मामलों की बाबत ( उनसे भिन्न जो बैंकों और वित्तीय संस्थाओं के प्रतिभूत वावित्यों से संबंधित है ) 3 अगस्त, 1983 तक को जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है छह मास की अवधि के लिए बढ़ा दी जानी चाहिए
श्रतः , केन्द्रीय सरकार , उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 65) की धारा 18 पक्ष की उपधारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त श्रादेश की अवधि सभी मामलों की बाबत ( उनसे मिस्र जो बैंकों और वित्तीय संस्थाओं के प्रति प्रतिभूत वायित्वों से संबंधित हैं ) 3 अगस्त, 1983 तक की, जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है, छह माम की और अवधि के लिए बढ़ाती है ।

New Delhi , the 2nd February , 1983
1980 का० आ ० 82 ( अ) / 18 चख/आइ ० डी ०आर ० ए ० /83 : - भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय (प्रौद्योगिक विकास विभाग) के आदेश सं ० का० आा० 958 (अ ) 18 -वख/ साई० डी ० आर ० ए० / ४० , तारीख 10 दिसम्बर, द्वारा (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त आदेश कहा गया है ) , केन्द्रीय सरकार ने, उद्योग (विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65) की धार। 18-वख की उप-धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड (ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए यह घोषणा की थी कि उक्त प्रादेश के जारी किए जाने की तारीख से ठीक पूर्व प्रवत्त सभी संविदाओं , सम्पत्ति के हस्तान्तरण पत्रों, कारों, व्यसस्थापनों, पंचाटों, स्थायी श्रादेशों या मश्य लिखतों का ( उनसे भिन्न जो 4 फरवरी, 1978 के पश्चात् किए गए हैं, हुए हैं या प्रवत्त होते हैं ) जिनका आश्ध्र प्रदेश राज्य के श्री काकुलम जिले के मोबिली में चीनी के विनिर्माण में लगे मैसर्स श्री राम शुगर्स एण्ड इण्डस्ट्रीज लिमिटेड एकफ का उक्त एकक का स्वामित्व रखने वाली कम्पनी एक पक्षकार है या जो उक्त एकक या कम्पनी को लागू हो, प्रवर्तन 3 अगस्त , 1981 तक की अवधि के लिए जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है , निलम्बित रहेगा भौर उक्त श्रवेश के जारी किए जाने की तारीख से पूर्व उसके अधीन प्रोद्भूत या उद्भूत होने वाले सभी प्रधि- कार , विशेषाधिकार, बाध्यताएं और दायित्व उक्त भवधि के लिए निलम्बित रहेंगे;

ment ) , No. S.O. 958 ( E ) 185BIDRA 80 , dated the 10th December , 1980 ( hereinafter referred to as the said Order) , the Central Government . m exer cise of the powers conferred by clause ( b ) of sub- section ( 1 ) of section 18FB of the Industries (De- velopment and Regulation ) Act , 1951 (65 ef 1951 ) . declared that the operation of all cont- racts . assurances of property , agreements , settle- ments , awards , standing orders or other instru- ments in force immediately before the date of issue of the said Order ( other than those which have been entered into , arrived at or come into forcе after the 4th February , 1978 ) , to which the unit of Messrs . Sri Rama Sugars and Industries Limit- ed manufacturing sugar at Bobbli in District Sri- kakulam in the State of Andhra Pradesh or the Company owning the said unit is a party or which may be applicable to the said unit on company. shall remain suspended for a period upto and in- clusive of the 3rd August 1981 and all the tights . privileges . obligations and liabilities accruing or arising thereunder before the date of issue of the said order shall remain suspended for the said period;
And, whereas , by the Order of Central Gov- ernment in the Ministry of Industry ( Department of Industrial Development ) No. S.O. 622 ( E ) 18FB IDRA 81 , dated the 4th August , 1981 and S.O. 550 (E) 18FB IDRA/ 82 dated the 2nd August , 1982 respectively the duration of the said Order was continued upto and inclusive of 3rd February , 1983 ( in respect of all matters except those rela- ting to secured liabilities to banks and financial institutions).
And , whereas , the Central Government is satis- fied that the duration of the said Order in respect of all matters (except those relating to secured lia- bilities to banks and financial institutions ) should be extended for a further period of six months upto and inclusive of 3rd August, 1983 :
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub- section ( 2 ) of section 18FB of the Industries ( Development and Regulation Act, 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government here- by extends the duration of the said Order in res- pect of all matters ( except those relating to secur- ed liabilities to banks and tinancial institutions ) for a further period of six months upto and in- clusive of 3rd day of August , 1983 .

65) (बिकान और विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1951 ( 195 ) धारा 18 फक की उपधारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ख ) के श्रधीन उक्त श्रादेश के गजग्य में प्रस्शन की तारीख में तीन वर्ष की अर्वाध के लिए ग्रहण किया गा था 'पार निजाम शुगर फैक्ट लिमिटेड का श्रौद्यागिक उपयत्न का प्रबन्धहण मरने के लिए प्राधिकृम कि गया था ।
चौरशारण मरवार ने उद्योग मनालय (औद्यागिक विकास विभाग ) के क्रमण धादेश म ० वा०० ००। ( अ ) नारीख भवम्ब 1980 थौ क।०६१० 61৭ ( স) , নাসয় 3 अगस्त, 1981 और का ०धा ० 549 ( प्र) नारीख अगस्त, 1982 शरा उक्त आदेश फरवरी, 1983 नदी प्रवधि के लिए , जिसमें यह सारीख भी मभ्भिलित है , जागे ग्वा गया था ।
और केन्द्रीय भरवार की राय है कि लाकहित में यह समीचीन है कि उक्त औद्यागिय उपक्रम निजाम मगर फैक्टरी लिमिटेड के प्रबन्ध तो अधीन 3 अगस्त, 1983 तक की छह मास की और अवधि के लिए, जिसमे यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है यना रहना बाहिए ।
अन मेन्द्रीय सरवार, उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18कक की उपधारा ( 3 ) द्वाग प्रदस शन्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह निदेज देती है कि उक्त आदेश 3 अगस्त , 1983 तक, जिसमे यह नारीख भी सम्मिलित है , छह मास की और अर्वाध के लिए प्रभावी बना रहेगा ।

ORDER
S.O. 83 (E ) 18AA IDRA 83 .--Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Develop- ment) , No. S.O. 65 ( E) 18AA IDRA 78 , dated the 4th February , 1978 ( hereinafter referred to as the said Order ) , the management of the unit of Messrs Sri Rama Sugars and Industries Limited manu facturing sugar at Bobbili in District Srikakulam in the State of Andhra Pradesh (hereinafter refer- red to as the said industrial undertaking ) was taken over under clause (b) of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 18AA of the Industries ( Development and Regu- lation ) Act . 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , for a period of hree years from the date of publication of the said Order in the Official Gazette and the Nizam Sugar Factory Limited was authorised to take management of the said industrial undertaking : over
And , whereas by the Orders of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry ( Department of Industrial Development ) Nos . S.O. 901 (F) , dated the 21st November , 1980 , S.O. 619 ( E) dated the 3rd August , 1981 and S.O. 549 ( E) dated the 2nd August, 1982 respectively the said Order was continued for a period upto and inclusive of 3rd February; 1983 :

dustries (Development and Regulation) Act , 1951 (65 of 1951) , the Central Government hereby directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period of six months upto and inclusive of the 3rd August, 1983 .
And , whereas , the Central Government is of opinion that it is expedient in the Public Interest that the said industrial undertaking should con- tinue under the management of the Nizam Sugar Factory Limited for a further period of six months upto and inclusive of the 3rd August, 1983 ;
