Whereas by a Proclamation issued on the 19th March, 1982, unoer clause (1) of article 356 of the Ccrstituticn, it has been t*cc-

Assam for the services of the finarcial year 19S2-83;
And whereas the amount so authorised is fcurd to be insufficient in case of certain services;
And whereas the House cf the People is not in session and it is necessary to authorise expenditure from the Consolidated Fund
of that State pendirg the sarctirn tf such experditure by Parliarr.crt;
