NOTIFICATIONS

G.S.R. 58(E).—-In exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub-section (1) of section 3, read with section 7(2)(b) of the Major Port Trust Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby appoints the Deputy Secretory (Shipping), Ministry of Shipping and Transport, as a Trustee to repre- sent the Ministry of Shipping and Transport on the Board of Trustees of the Port of Kandla vice Deputy Secretary (Ports Traffic), Ministry of Shipping and Transport and makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Ports Wing) No. G.S.R. 266(E), dated the 26th March, 1982, namely :—

G.S.R. 59(E).—In exercise of the powers con- ferred by clause (aa) of sub-section (1) of section 8 of the Major Port Trusts, Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby removes Shri Rakesh Mohan from the Board of Trutsees of the Port of Mortnugao as he ceases to represent the Morraugao Municipal Council.

G.S.R. 60(E).—In exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub-sections (1) and (6) of section 3, read sub-section (3) of section 10 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Rajeev Talwar, as a Trustee on the Board of Trustees for the Port of Mormu'gao representing Mormugao Municipal Council and for that purpose amends the Govern- ment Notification, Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Ports Wing) No. G.S.R. 286 (E), dated the 31st March, 1982, as follows, name- ly :—
In the said Notification for entry 13, the follow- ing entry shall be substituted, namely :~
"13. Shri Rajeev Talwar—Representing the
Mormugao Municipal Council."
