ORDER

New Delhi, the 8th February, 1983S.O. 97(E)/18AA/IDRA/83.—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 8 3 ( E ) / I 8 A . A / I D R A / 78 dated the 9th February, 1978 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), the management of the whole of the Industrial Under- taking known as Messrs Prabhuram Mills Limited, Chenganpur, Kerals, was taken over under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of sec- tion 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), for a period of five years unto and in- 1301 GI/82 (1)

elusive of the 8th February, 1983, and the Kerala State Textile Corporation Limited was authorised to take-over the manage- ment of the said industrial undertaking;

Now, therefoic, in exercise of the powers confened by sub- section (2) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of the 8th August, 1983

And, whereas, the Central Government is of opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said industrial under- taking should continue under the management of the Kerala State Textile Corporation Limited for further period of six months upto and inclusive of the 8th August, 1983;
