ORDER

New Delhi, the 8th February. 1933S.O. 98(E)|18AA|IDRA|83.—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Develop- ment) No. S.O. 84(E)|18AA|TDRA!78 dated the 9th February, 1978 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), the management of the whole of the Industrial Undertaking known as Messrs Malabar Spinning and Weaving Mills Limited Calicut, Kerala, was taken over under clause (b) of rub- section (1) of section 18AA of the Industries (De- 1302 GJ/82 0)

velopment and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), for a period of five years upto and inclusive of the 8th February, 1983, and the Kerala State Textile Corporation Limited was authorised to takeover the management of the said industrial undertaking ;

And, whereas the Central Government is of opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said industrial undertaking should conti- nue under the management of the Kerala State Textile Corporation Limited for a further period of six m.onths upto and inclusive of the 8th August, 1983 ;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub-section (2) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of the 8th August, 1983.
