And whereas, the Central Government is of tils opinion that it is expedient In the public interest that the said industrial undertaking should continue under the management of the said Board of Management for a further period upto and inclusive of 22nd June, 1983 ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to nub-sei-tion (2) of section ISA of the Industries (Development and Regula- tion) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Centinl Government. hereby directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period upto and in- i luslve of the 22nd June, 1983.
