का. आ . 105 (अ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारत सरकार के विधि , न्याय और कम्पनी कार्य मंत्रालय (विधायी विभाग) की अधिसूचना सं 4/3-73- वक्फ, तारीख 30 दिसम्बर , 1975 (जओ अधिसूचना मं का था 247 , तारीख 30 दिसम्बर ,1975 क साथ भारत के राजपत्र , भाग 2 , खण्ड 3 , उप-खण्ड ( 2) तारीख 17 जनवरी , 1978 म प्रकाशित की गई थी) के साथ पठित वक्फ अधिनियम, 1954 (1954 का 29 ) की धारा 64 की उपधारा ( 3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करत हुए , पंजाब वक्फ बोर्ड के अतिष्ठित रहने की अवधि को जो भारत गरकार के विधि , न्याय और कम्पनी कार्य मत्रालय (विभाण विभाग) की अधिसूचना में का आ 796 (अ) , तारीख 11 नवम्बर , 1981 और मं का आ 09 ( 3 ) , तारीग 9 फरवरी , 1982 में विनिर्दिष्ट है , 11 फरवरी , 1983 से ही एक वर्ष की अतिरिका अवधि के लिए बढ़ाती है और निदेश दती है कि और आवेदा होने तक ऐमी मभी शक्तियो और कर्त्तव्यों का जिगका उक्त अधिनियम के उपदधों द्वारा या उनके अधीन पजाब व्फ बोर्ड द्वारा या उसकी ओर से प्रयोग या पालन किया जा सकता है , श्री अकार हुसेन , उत्तर प्रदेश के मेवा निवृत्त जिता न्यायाधीश द्वारा प्रयोग और पाला किया जाएगा ।

S.O. 105 (k) . In exate of the powers confened by sub section ( 3) of section 64 of the Walf Act , 1954 ( 29 of 1954 ), read with the notinzation of the Government of India in the Ministry of 1 aw Jusuce and Company Affairs ( Iegislative Department) , No 4 /3 /73- Walt dated the 30th December 1975 ( published as nonfication No SO 247 dated the 30th December 1975 , in the Gazette of India , Part 11 Section 3 , Sub -section ( 1 ) , date.l the 17th January 1976 ) , the Cantiلى Government hereby ev ends the renod of supersession of the Punjab Wakf Board spec tied m the rotifications of the Cov ernment of India in the Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs (Legislative Department ) No SO 796 ( Γ ) dated the 11 November , 1981 and No 5.0 68 ( F ) dated the 9th Feb- 1uary , 1982 , by a further period of one year on and from the 11th February , 1983 and dnect that until further ouders , all the power's and duties which may , by on under the provi sions of the said Act , be exercised or performed by or on behalf of the Punjab Walf Board shall continue to be exercised and performed by Sit Akhtar Husaio . retired District Tudge of Uttar Pradesh
