S.0.1"T(E)/E(C)0,1977/AM(257):—Jn exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947(18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makesthrfollowlngorder further to amend the Exrcits (Control) Order, 1977, namcV :—
1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) FOURTH Amendment Order, 1983.
2. In th" Exports (Contiol) Older, 1977,
(a) In Part 'A' Sfrftdtile L, the existing entry appearing against SI. No. 43 shall be deleted.
(b) In Part 'B' Schedule I tho existing "ntjy at SI. No. 69 shall be substituted by the following entry —
"Cotton Yarn of all types in all counts a<> wctt-an Tyre Cord Yarn".
