had declared that for the administration of the Deolali Cantonment, it was desirable to vary the constitution of the Cantonment Board Deolali,
And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that for the administration of the Cantonment Deolali, it is de- sirable to extend the term of office of the said Board;
Now therefore, in exercise of the powers confered by the proviso to sub section (4) of section 14 of the Canton- ents Act 1924 (2 of 1924). the Central Government hereby extends the term of office of the said Board up to and inclusive of 25th August 1983 or till a Board is con stituted under section 13 of the said Act, whichever is earlier.
