ORDER

New Delhi, the 15th February, 1983G.S.R. 84(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sec- tion 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Furnace Oil (Fixation of Ceiling Prices and Distribution) Order, 1974, namely:— 1. (1) This Order may be called the Furnace Oil (Fixation of Celling Prices and Distribution) (Amendment Order. 1983. 1338 GI/82 (1)

2. For Lhe Second Schedule appended to ihe l-uniace Oil (Fixation of Ceiling Prices and Distribution) Order, 1974, the following Schedule shall be substituted, namely:—
