S.O. 123(E),—In exercise of the poweis (.onfcired by Section 5, ie.id with Sub-section (2) of Section 27 of the Iwnugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipu- lators (Forfeituie of Property) Act, 1976 (13 of 1976), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government, of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No S.O. 41(E) [No. 1205/K No 414/2/76-IT(Inv.)J d.ited the 15th Januaiy, 1976, namely :—
In the Table below the said Older, in Column (2), against Serial No 2,
for "Shn B. Gupta", "Shii V V. S. Sastry : shall he substituted

S.O 124(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5, read with sub-section (2) of section 27 of the Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipu- lators (Forfeiture of Property) Act, 1976 (13 of 1976), the Ccntinl Government hereby makes the following amendment on the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. SO. 4HE) [No. 1205/F. No. 414/2/76-IT(INV)] dated the 15th January, 1976, namely:—
In the Table below the said Order, in column (2), igamsi serial No 3, for "ShiI G R. Raghavan", "Shri M S M. Maraikayar" shall be substituted.
