ORDER
New Delhi, the 17th February, 19H3
G.S.R. 89(E).—In exeicise of the powers corlcnctl by Section 3 of the Ly-entiul Commodities Acl. 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby m..kes the following Ordci iurthei to amend the Petroleum Products (Supply and Disliibulion) Order, 1972, namely :~
1.(1) This Order may be called the Petroleum Products ISupply and Dis-
tribution) Amendment Ordei, 1983.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publications, in the Oflioial
Gazette.
2, In ihe Pcti oleum Pioducts (Supply and Distribution) Order, 1972, in sub-paiagraph (2) of paragraph. 3, after the second pioviso, the following proviso shull be inserted, namely :—
'Piovided also that dming the peiiod ol operation clause 3-A of Kerosene (Fixation of Ceiling Prices) Order, 1970, kerosene shull be distributed and cokl at the prices derived and declared in avoi- dance with the provisions of the. said Order.
