का ०आ० 125 (अ ):- राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 77 के खंड
( 3) द्वारा प्रवस शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार ( कार्य- ब्रायंटन ) नियम, 1961 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं , अर्थात् --
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का नाम भारत सरकार ( कार्य आवंटन) एक सौ सत्तावनवा संशोधन) नियम , 1983 ।
( 2) ये तुरन्म प्रवृत्त होगे
2 भारत सरकार ( कार्य आवंटन ) नियम , 1961 में ,
(1 ) प्रयम अनुसूची में-
(क ) कृषि मंत्रालय से सबधित प्रविष्टि 1 के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि ग्खी जाए, अर्थात्--
" ] . कृषि मंत्रालय:
(1 ) कृषि और सहकारिता विभाग ।
(II ) कृषि अनुसंधान और शिक्षा विभाग । " -
( ख ) प्रविष्टि " । ख नागर विमानन मंत्रालय" का लोप किया जाए

(1) (ग) प्रविष्टि " 1 ग. नागरिक पूर्ति मंत्रालय" का लोप किया जाए
(घ) वित्त मंत्रालय से संबंधित प्रविष्टि 8 के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि अन्तःस्थापित की जाए, अर्थात् -1
" क. खाद्य और नागरिक पूति मंत्रालय:
(1 ) खाद्य विभाग ।

4 खाद्यानों के, जिनके अन्तर्गन गर्नश है, भडारकरण के लिए गोदामों को भाडे पर लेना और उनकः। अर्जन; खाद्यान्न गोदाम बनाने के लिए भूमि पट्टे पर लेना या उमक। अर्जन ।
5. ग्वाधान तथा अन्य खाद्य गवादों की बाबत, जिनके अन्य गंन गर्नर है , श्रन्नर्गज्यिक व्यापार শ্রী হাগিক্ষয় ।
6 वे उद्योग जिनके लिग संसद ने विधि द्वारा घोषण। व है कि उन पर संघ का नियंत्रण लोकहित में ममीमीन है, यहा तक जहा तक उनका संय ६ निम्नलिखित ने है
( क ) फल और मज। मभाधन उद्योग ( जिसके अन्तर्गत हिमीकरण और निर्जलीकरण भने है) ,
( ख ) गर्वाश उद्योग ( जिसके अन्नगम गड और खडमार्ग। आते है) और
( ग ) श्राद्यान्न पिगार्ड उद्योग ।
7 केन्द्रीय भाण्डागार नियम और राज्य भाण्डागार नियम ।
II निम्नलिखित विषय जो भारत के संविधान की गप्लम अनसूর্শা की सूची III के अन्तर्गत है ( केवल विधान की वायत )

New Delhi , the 17th February , 1983
S.O. 125 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of article 77 of the Constitution , the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Government of India (Allocation of Business ) Rules , 1961 , namely:-
1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business ) (One Hundred and Fifty- seventh Amendment ) Rules , 1983 .
(2) They shall come into force at once .
2. In the Government of India ( Allocation of Business ) Rules, 1961 ,-
(1) in the First Schedule ,-
(a) for entry 1. relating to the Ministry of Agriculture (Krishi Mantralaya) , the following entry shall be substi- tuted, namely-
" 1. Ministry of Agriculture ( Krishi Mantralaya ) :
( i ) Department of Agriculture and Cooperation (Krishi aur Sahkarita Vibhag ) .
(11) Department of Agricultural Research and Educa- tion ( Krishi Anusandhan aur Shiksha Vibhag ) . " ;
(b ) entry " IB . Ministry of Civil Aviation ( Nagar Vimanan Mantralaya )" shall be omitted:
( c) entry " IC. Ministry of Civil Supplies ( Nagrik Poorti Mantralaya) " shall be omitted;
