New Delhi, the 19th February, 1983
S.O. 127(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Sec-
tion 9 of the Maritime Zones of India (Regulation of Fishing by Foreign Vessels'* Act 1981 (42 of 1981), the Central Government hereby authorises all Officers of tho'Coasl Guard constituted under the Coast Guard Act, 1978 (30 of 1978) and the Commissioned Officers of the Indian Navy to exercise powej-s under sub-sec- tion (1) of Section 19 of the said Act.
