NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st February, 1983
S.O. 1Z9(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by .Section H of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 (11 of 1948), read with Section 9 of the said Act and rule 3 of the Minimum Wages, (Central Advisory BoajdJ Rules, 1949, the Cential Government hereby makes the following amendment in the noti- fiLation of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Labour No, S.O. 649(R), dulecl the 13th August, 1981 and modified vide S.O 289(EI, dated the 30th April, 1982 and S.O 750(E), dated the lKth Octobei, 1982, namely :—
In the said notification, in Item (1") relating to independent members for serial numbei 1 and entries ielating thereto, the following shall be substituted namely :—
1. Shn Yeerendra Patil, — Chuiminn
