मिसिल सं .6/201/82- ईपीसी -सार्वजनिक सूचना म 17- आईटीसी (पीएन) /82 दिनाक 5 अप्रैल , 1982 के अधीन प्रका- शित आयात- निर्यात क्रियाविधि पुस्तक 1982-83 के परिशिष्ट 10 के अनुबंध 1 में आने वाले पजीकरण प्राधिकारिया की ओर ध्यान दिलाया जाता ह ।
2 यह निश्च्य किया गया है कि रशमी कालीनो हिन् कालीनो , कम्बलो और दरियों के निर्यातको के लिए कालीन निर्णत मवर्धन परिषद पजीकरण प्राधिकरण का पजीकन कार्यालय , दुकान न बी-115 सेक्टर 18 , डाकखाना नोगडा , जिला गाजियाबाद (य पी ) होगा ।
3 जो निर्यातक पहले से ही अखिल भारतोय हस्तशिल्प बोर्ड के पास पजीकृत है वे 6 माम के भीतर कालीन निर्यात मवर्धन परिषद के पास अपना पजीकरण करवाल । इस 6 माम की अवधि के दौरान वे अखिल भारतीय हस्तशिल्प बोर्ड के पजीकरण के आधार पर आर ई पी लाभ प्राप्त करत रहेग । 1378 GI/82
4 इस सबंध म आयात-निर्यात क्रियाविधि पुस्तक , वर्तमान प्रावधानो को तदनुसार संशोधित समझा 1982-83 म
जाएगा ।

Subject Registering Authority for exporters of Hand made Carpets , Rugs and Druggets including Silk and Machine made Carpets
File No 6/ 201 / 82 - EPC .- Attention is invited to the list of Registering Authorities in Annexure to Appendix 10 of the Hand Book of Import- Export Procedure , 1982-83 pub- lished under the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No 1711CPN ) / 82 dated the 5th Apul 1982
2 It has been decided that the ( arpet 1 xport Promotion Council with its registered ofheeat Shop No B - 115 , Sector XVIII Post Ofice- Nodia Dis't Ghezubad ( UP ) shall be the registering authenty for exporters Carpets Rugs and Druggets includin Silk Carpets
All 3 The exporters who are already regulera with India Handicrafts Board should register themselves with the Carpet Export Promotion Council within a period of Six months During this period of six months , they will continue to set RFP benefits on the basis of their registra tion with All India Handicrafts Board
4 The existing provision , in this regard in the Hand Book of Import - Export Proceudres 1982-83 shall be deemed to have been amended accordingly
