G.S.R. 97(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred bv sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is nccssary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in the nolifieat'on of (he Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 200/82-Customs, fG.S.R. 537 (E)] dated the 25th August, 1982, namely:—
For the Schedule annexed to the said notification, the following Schedule shall be substituted, namely ;—
"SCHEDULE
Laparoscopc Unit and its Accessories (For Tubal Occlusion):
I. rt '2 1 mm Lnparoscope (Single incision).
2. Falope Ring—appli ator single incision (for two rings) and procedure instruction manual, kit con- taining guide and loader ;ind cleaning brush.
3. 12±lmm Trocar (including piston type) with spate
washers for sleeve and cannlae and cleaning brush.
4. Fibre Optic Light Cable.
5. Bulbs, fuse lamps. Adapter for Fibie Optic Light Cablej

6. Carbon-di-oxidc (COJ) cylinder with pneumoperi- toncutn apparatus.
7. Light Source.
8. Machine for Gas Insufflator with Gas tubing (Sparc Carbondioxide) (COJ) (Hose Pipe and a Guage).
9. Verres Needle (4" and 5-112").
10. Minilight source with accessories consisting of:—
(a) 6 volts rechargeable battery.
(L>) AC battery charger.
(c) AC power supplier 220 volts.
(d) Inter-connection assembly.
(e) Convertor.
11. Falope Rings.
Notes :
(1) Item Nos. 6, 7 and 8 may be imported separately or in combination as dual control assembly.
(2) Item Nos. 1 and 2 may be separate or in combina- tion. When in Combination, it is called laparoca- tor."
